Reasonable Return Policy
Every single item you order at Little Mama Shop is printed by hand ("print-on-demand"). This sets us apart from other online stores. Exchanged items cannot simply be put back in stock and resold. However, we want you to be absolutely satisfied with what you buy. That's why you can trust our return policy.
14 Day Exchange Right
You can exchange the item within 14 days from the date of order, either because the item does not fit, because you do not like it or because it does not meet your expectations for some reason. This means that you can easily return items purchased within this period and get your money back - does not apply to personalized products and hygiene items with a broken seal. When exchanging/returning/cancelling a purchase, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in an undamaged condition.
Complaints
In the event of a complaint, we ask that you notify us by email to hei@littlemamashop.no as soon as possible after discovering a fault with the item, and within the complaint deadline.
It is important that you provide complete feedback on any errors or damage that has occurred with pictures of the damage. If the complaint is approved by Little Mama Shop, we ask you to use the return label you received and send it to us.
Exchange / Return / Cancel Purchase
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to decide if the item is right for you.
- Exchange/return/cancel purchase to the online store: If you want to return/cancel your purchase to the online store, and get the amount refunded, you must send us an email at hei@littlemamashop.no
- The money will be refunded within 14 days of Little Mama Shop receiving your return.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer and will be deducted from the amount we refund. The item must be returned with a tracking number.
- The refund/refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to the card you used when ordering. If you paid with a gift card, the amount will be returned to the same card.
Unclaimed packages
For uncollected packages, regardless of the reason, a fee will be charged. non-collection fee of 300,- to cover our and the freight forwarder's costs (storage costs, shipping and return costs, etc.).
Ticking "refused to receive" to return the package is also not a permitted practice and the package is then considered undelivered, with subsequent fees.
The remaining amount will be refunded through the payment method used.
